Dr. Madhavan performs all scheduling and billing services himself. He answers his own phone and has sole access to messages left on voicemail. He is the only person with access to your private personal and medical information.

Appointments:
Appointments are often available within a matter of days.

Appointments can be made by calling 425.803.2024 or 206.491.9406. Messages left at these numbers are confidential and will be returned promptly.

Patients not seen in the past 3 months may be asked to schedule an office appointment prior to a medication being refilled.

Because appointment times are reserved in advance, it is necessary to call to cancel an appointment that cannot be attended. Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time will not be billed. Missed appointments and appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed at full fee. These fees are generally not reimbursed by insurance.
